Situated in Dublin’s beating heart, the National Library of Ireland not only contains a wealth of histories and secrets: it is surrounded by them. 

 

Join NLI experts to explore the library’s neighbourhood and its connections to Bram Stoker’s life and works. Starting and finishing at the National Library’s Victorian Main Building, you’ll be escorted into Dublin and the Library’s gothic pasts and hear intriguing details about the personal life of one of the most famous horror writers of all time.

In the event of poor weather, the tour will be held within the library’s walls.

Duration Each tour will last approx 75 minutes.
Doors Meeting point is the National Library’s Victorian Main Building. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.
Age Suitability 16+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Latecomers Latecomers will not be permitted.
Warnings This is an outdoor event. Please dress appropriately. In the event of poor weather, the tour will be held within the library’s walls.

The tour will also include mature topics.
Accessibility The Library Building is wheelchair accessible.
