literary stoker-in-depth talks

All are welcome at Trinity College Dublin for In Stoker’s Shadow, the live final of the Bram Stoker Student Paper Competition, presented by the Bram Stoker Club, a student-led sub-committee of the University’s Philosophical Society (“The Phil”), one of the world’s oldest student societies.

Hosted on campus in Trinity’s historic Graduates Memorial Building, this public finale features three student finalists presenting short papers inspired by Bram Stoker. A panel of expert judges, including Trinity’s resident Stoker expert Professor Jarlath Killeen, will select a winner at this engaging tribute to Stoker’s enduring literary legacy.

Named after its former president, the Bram Stoker Club encourages Trinity students to indulge their intellectual passions by writing and presenting original academic papers on subjects that matter to them.
