Situated in the heart of Dublin, the National Library of Ireland (NLI) is surrounded by connections to Bram Stoker’s life and work.
This popular walking tour invites you to step beyond the Library’s Victorian walls and explore the streets and buildings connected to Stoker and the Dublin of his time. NLI staff will lead the way, uncovering details about the city’s Gothic past and the personal life of one of the world’s most famous horror writers.
Starting and finishing at the National Library’s Victorian Main Building, you will have the chance to see Dublin through a Stoker-shaped lens, discovering the people and places that formed the world of the author who gave us Dracula.
Dress appropriately! In the event of poor weather, the tour will be held within the Library’s walls.
